Carey and Monica Sutton and Audrey Shilling are a family real estate team and the founders of Asante Real Estate Group.

After becoming disenchanted with unacceptably high real estate commissions that are routinely charged to buyers and sellers, Audrey, Monica and Carey created Asante Real Estate’s Full-Service at a Fair Price business model under which Asante Real Estate Agents sell homes for 1% and rebate up to 50% of their Buyer’s Agent commission to buyers who find their own home.

Audrey Sutton-Shilling

Audrey Sutton-Shilling is the Co-Founder and President of Asante Real Estate Group, Inc.  Audrey started her real estate career at Coldwell Banker after graduating with a B.S. in Business and Marketing from the University of Arizona in 2002.  

Audrey previously worked with Coldwell Banker and Intero Real Estate Services before co-founding Asante Real Estate Group in 2004 in order to drive down the high cost of buying and selling real estate. 

Audrey is the #1Top Producing Real Estate Agent in Los Gatos, California with 48 Closed Sales Transactions and over $43 Million in total Sales Volume in 2009.

Audrey volunteers with various community and charitable organizations including the Junior League of San Jose.


Carey Sutton

Carey is the Co-Founder of Asante Real Estate Group in Los Gatos California in May 2004. 

Carey has been in residential and commercial real estate sales, sales management and real estate development since 2002.  He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with the state of California.  Carey previously worked for Coldwell Banker in Los Gatos California and Intero Real Estate Services. 

Carey is also President of the California Farmland & Open Space Land Trust that protects and conserves open space through the implementation of conservation easements that are designed to preserve land and wealth.

Prior to his real estate career, Carey worked in human resources management and organizational development consulting for high technology companies such as Cisco Systems, Apple Computer, Inc. Lockheed and numerous high technology start-up companies. 

Previously, Carey was a Federal Agent for the United States government specializing in organized crime and labor racketeering, and he is a United State Army Veteran with the 1st Infantry Division.

Carey holds a BS Degree in History with honors from Portland State University.

Monica Sutton

Monica is a Co-Founder of Asante Real Estate Group in Los Gatos California in May 2004.  Monica Sutton has been in residential and commercial real estate sales and sales management since 2003. 

Monica is a Licensed Real Estate Agent specializing in residential real estate sales, Bank-owned (REO) properties and Short-Sales.  Monica previously worked for Intero Real Estate Services. 

Monica previously worked in Human Resources Management and Recruiting for Silicon Graphics, NEC Electronics, Xicor Semiconductor and several other high technology startup companies. 

Monica holds a BS Degree in Business Administration & Marketing.
